SICS Gmail Email Signature Template

To keep things consistent and professional, I've put together some instructions on how to create proper Gmail signatures for your accounts.

 

These signatures are key to reinforcing our school’s identity and ensuring that our emails leave a strong, unified impression. The guidelines will help you set up a signature that includes all the essential details like your name, title, and contact information.

Placing signature to Gmail:

  1. Select the signature from the top of the page until the line just above of end of signature

  2. Copy the content

  3. Go to your Gmail account and open Settings (gear icon)

  4. Scroll down to Signature section

  5. Paste the content

  6. Make sure that all images and links are okay, fix anything you see

  7. Save settings
