How to Look Up Student Credentials

Staff in student-facing roles here at SICS will likely run into questions about logging in-- notably about their SICS email addresses and/or passwords.

PIXI is here to help -- no IT support ticket needed! 

Here's what you do:

1. Open PIXI in a separate tab. The website address is https://sics.org/pixi
2. You'll be asked to sign in with your Google credentials.
3. Once you're logged in, you can search the database by student name, student email address, by grade level, or by graduation year.

In 95% of cases, using PIXI will give you the information you need. It's strongly recommended that you bookmark the PIXI site for faster access. 

If your scenario is a case that PiXi cannot solve-- such as the shown PiXi password not working-- then submit a support ticket and the IT Team will investigate.

Please note that PiXi should only be used by staff and contains student-specific information. Please do not, for any reason, share the web address and/or the password with students.
